  • 1 cup      whole almonds (140 g)
  • 2 tbsp     maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1/2 tsp    fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp       vanilla extract
  • 4 cups    filtered water


  • Soak almonds in water for 8~48 hrs
  • Blend all ingredients at high speed in a blender for about 1 minute.
  • Strain through a cheesecloth-lined colander set over a large bowl.
  • Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
