Fruits pre-prepared in dices or slices
Mixed Juices prepared either with purée method
Or with chopper
One cup of chill water (boiled) and 2 tsp of honey are added.
Quick and easy way of cutting Grapefruit/Orange
Or using a Grapefruit Knife to do the job.
